Absolutely horrible customer service. Item has sat in pre shipment for 10 days and when asked about it I was given different excuses then ignored. When I filed a case with Etsy I was then threatened by the seller and accused of fraud and stealing. All I wanted was a straight answer in the items I paid for. I know now after seeing MULTIPLE negative reviews regarding the same issues that she has done this to others and will most likely comment on this review putting all the blame on me like I’ve seen her do to anyone who dares speak negatively on their experience. The pictures of her items are gorgeous and I wish this had worked out but this ridiculous behavior isn’t worth the hassle or money.
