This cover fits the contour pads very nicely.
My personal pattern made from the contour pad so that it fits to the contour and no pulling or sagging of the fabric. Fits standard contour pads. 32x16x4, if you have a different size please put the dimensions in the notes when ordering.

I sent her the dimensions and a link to the exact changing pad we purchased. The cover came small and the material was very thin. When I was finally able to get it onto the changing pad (had to bend the pad in order to get it to fit), the cover ripped. I purchased her bedding, and loved it, but I am really unhappy with the quality of the changing pad cover.
