Nursing Pillow Cover- Deer Skin Minky and Minky

Item was a 2 week ship item. I started messaging seller at 3 weeks asking about the product and was only told “it will ship this week.” At the end of the week I sent more messages asking about the product and received no response for 2 days. Today I got a notification that my item had been refunded because they weren’t getting the fabric in till late next week. Feel like this issue was the reason the product was not shipped on time to begin with. Seller is not friendly, gives short responses and does not give any explanations. You can tell by her responses to peoples negative reviews. There’s never an apology and she just puts people down that have spent money on her products. The customer is always wrong.
