The changing pad is not the one pictured on the web page. I contacted DBC and answered multiple questions, sent pics of what I received and what I thought I ordered. Took days for a response. I even said I would keep what I got , just wanted what I ordered and was willing to pay again! Still no response. I finally just sent message to just forget it. I won't purchase from them again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. They are too many others on Etsy that make the same items and I don't have any problems contacting. If I could have given no stars , that would have been perfect.
